Fairway Investigations and Associates have been operated by Mike Fishlock (MABI) since 1996. Tracey Jewsbury (MABI) came on board in 2018 and Mike Fishlock has now happily retired to the golf course though he retains an advisory role. Tracey has many years of operational surveillance background and has been operating as an investigator under the auspices of the Association of British Investigators since early 2016. She has attained the EDI Level 3 award for professional investigators ahead of the anticipated industry licensing and has undertaken other relevant training. Members of the ABI comply with all the Associations requirements including Data Protection compliance, CRB certificate, Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance. Our normal area of operation is mid Kent and East Sussex though through the ABI and other organisations we have forged strong links throughout the industry. As such we are able to call upon the services of quality operatives throughout the United Kingdom and overseas. We are an established company with a commitment to providing an excellent service and we work within strict moral and ethical boundaries that also complies with current legislation. We specialise in Trace inquiries, Process Service and Litigation Support, Statement Taking, Surveillance, Statement taking and provide a personal Courier Service. All our inquiries are carried out within the confines of the Data Protection Act 2018 as we are registered data controllers with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
