George has played a pivotal role in the IKD team, particularly in overseeing technical matters and driving various projects conducted by the members—too many to list. His experience and expertise have been invaluable in maintaining the high standards and quality of the organisation's work.
One noteworthy aspect of George's role has been his expertise in engaging with the committee dealing with writing the IKD common minimum standards, which were finalised and launched in 2007, and George then went on to drive the standard for competency.
